This two bedroom / two bath newly furnished condo in the Tara Preserve is your perfect home away from home. Fabulous lake and golf course views from the great room and both bedrooms. The Preserve golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course with driving range and clubhouse.
This non-smoking, first floor condo, built in 2002, features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the great room and dining area. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet, TV and a private two sink bathroom and roman shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, large closet and a second full bathroom. Large well equipped kitchen with separate dining nook, features Corian counters, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, instant hot water, garbage disposal, all dishes and utensils and a full size washer and dryer. Off the kitchen is an attached one car garage.
The condo has a large, open great room opening to a screened lanai. The great room features a 42 inch LCD HD TV with surround sound and cable service, along with DVD and CD player, AM/FM and MP3 inputs. The great room also features a dining area which seats up to six. The comfortable living area includes beautiful couches and tables and a queen size pull out sofa bed. Large screened lanai with table and charis and portable gas grill are also included.
Private, heated association pool is just steps away from the front door! Community includes bike and walking trails. Magnolia Crossing, an immaculately maintained community, is located within the Preserve at Tara, located centrally in Bradenton, 2 miles from I-75, easy access to restaurants and shopping, 20 minutes to gulf beaches and less than 1 hour from Tampa.
