A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be made within 3 days to confirm your reservation.

The remaining 50% plus applicable taxes must be received within 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date require full payment of rental amount plus applicable taxes at the time the reservation is made.

In lieu of a Damage Security payment, a credit card number is required to guarantee no damages, theft, and that all policies and conditions are followed (see rental agreement for details).

If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to check-in date, a full refund will be made less a $75 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in date, a refund will only be made if the unit is rebooked at the same rate and time, less a $75 cancellation fee. If the unit is rebooked at a discount, then the refund is calculated from the differences in rental received less $75.

Cancellations or early departures for any reason (including weather) do not warrant any refund of rental payments or deposits. We will not refund monies for inclement weather without a mandatory evacuation notice for the area of the rental property. Refunds will be prorated from the time of your departure from the property.
