Seaplace is located on Atlantic Beach, the oldest and most private of a string of beach communities that are along the Atlantic Shore near Jacksonville, Florida. It is a comfortable community of summer homes, gentle tides, radiant sunrises and desirable residential privacy.
Enjoy this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, just steps from the ocean, that is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. It opens onto a large, fresh-water swimming pool for a refreshing dip anytime of day. Or enjoy a large, secluded Outside Patio that has outdoor chairs and table and comes with an outdoor BBQ.
Visit beautiful Atlantic Beach, which is a wonderful location for day trips. Just 1/2 hr. north is Amelia Island and 1/2 hr. south is historic St. Augustine.
Besides the more than 50 miles of white-sand beaches, you'll find a variety of shopping areas along A1A, which winds its way down the beaches, from Mayport, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, etc. The attractions, restaurants, and boutiques that fill these coastal areas provide an enjoyable recess from the surf and sand.
When you come home to Seaplace, you come home to resort-style living: Sailing, swimming, beachcombing, sunning and casting in the surf for flounder, trout, snapper and mullet. Among your neighbors are sandpipers, seagulls, pelicans and an occasional porpoise.
And everywhere, the soothing sound of the waves regulates an easy pace for living. It's quite possible that Seaplace is everything you've always wanted....and then some.

Jax Beach Fishing Pier- This 983-foot-long pier has long been a popular spot for anglers, surfers and sightseers. Daily, 6a.m.-10p.m.
Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens- Permanent collection spans 12 galleries and features an impressive array of Western art from 2000 B.C. to the present.
First Lady of Jacksonville- See the St. Johns River aboard a paddleboat for sightseeing, and lunch. Daily.
Jacksonville Zoological Gardens- Check out the Birds of the Rift Valley Aviary with more than 75 birds in free flight, and the 1,200-foot boardwalk overlooking animals on the 20-acre Plains of East Africa exhibit. |
