Rates based on 4 persons in a two bedroom villa. Please contact us for rates for studio apartments, one and three bedroom villas. Please call for holiday & premium week rates. Daily rates are subject to weekend premium of up to $15 per night. Monthly rates are based on a four week stay.

40% or two nights charge, whichever is greater, to confirm booking. We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for stays of three days or less, and for stays during holidays and peak Winter season.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Advance deposits will be refunded with written cancellation notice at least EIGHT weeks prior to rental commencement date. There is a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is less than eight weeks from rental commencement date, any loss of revenue as a result of cancellation will be charged against the deposit in addition to the $50 cancellation fee.

We have just returned from the Palm Tree Villa on 5-9-04. What a hidden treasure.
The villa was so clean and comfy. We looked for dust and dirt and couldn't find a speck. Everything is as good or better than it was listed on the web. The owners are really friendly and they make sure your stay is perfect. We would reccomend it to any one wanting a quiet, relaxing get away. There is a lot to do in the area if you want to do more than just enjoy the beauty of the beaches.
