Jeannie and I want to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your unit this week..It was beautiful, decorated to the max, comfortable, and had almost everything we needed. I was so sorry to call you about the bikes, but thank you so much for taking care of the problem. We are almost sure we will return next year, and will let you know as soon as possible about availability. Again, thank you for everything and for all you did to make our stay absolutely perfect. This was our first time visiting the island, and we are hooked on how quaint, quiet, and laid back it is there..Bob Wheeler

I hope everything is ok in your apppartement and we may come back?! My parents are big USA- and Floridafans and are thinking about to stay in your condo next year in autumn, too. They had been on Anna Maria Island a few times before, 'cause they love the golfcourses all around. In the appendix you find a little postcard from us....:) Many, many greetings from cold germany..

Mike We've just got back home and I wanted to send you a message saying how much we enjoyed our holiday in your condo. Although we have been to the USA many times before, this was the first time we had tried what we in the UK call self-catering. previously we had always stayed in hotels. Consequently, we were a little bit unsure as to what to expect, especially as we were 'booking' thru an individual rather than a 'corporate'. However, I have to say that the holiday exceeded our expectations. We thought the condo was delightful. In fact, we didn't see anyplace better or even equal to it on the Island. Not that we were particularly looking, but we just observed what we saw as we drove and walked around. My wife particularly liked the complex (Runaway Bay): it was on ahuman scale and well land-scaped. The pool was a real bonus as was the water feature - I dont know if you would call it a stream or a lake or a pond - which attracted the egrets, herons and ibises. We were really impressed by the comprehensiveness ( if that's the right word) of the furnishings and fittings and paraphernalia of the condo; and it's immaculate decor and presentation. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I'd like to thank you for it. If you ever need a reference, don't hesitate to nominate me. Best wishes and thanks Bill White

12/23/2004 Just received a call from couple from England who have been staying on Anna Maria Island for 15 years to tell me that it is by far the best decorated and best view of any condo in Runaway Bay.
