| Deposit: A minimum $500.00 deposit paid by Visa or MasterCard is required for all rentals. This initial payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however, the card number will be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Forfeited or retained deposits will not exceed the total cost of rental. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather, no-shows or early departure. Each reservation requires a $30.00 non-refundable reservation fee.
