Vacation Rental Home Description

Labor Day Weekend, 2008, still available for rent - Fri, Sat, Sun, and Monday nights at $600 per night plus $176 for departure cleaning (Taxes already included). House located at 104 Petherton Drive used for family reunions and group retreats; sleeps 23 people. Convenient location one block to beach. Walk only three blocks to restaurants and shops; has large fenced-in and gated waterfront back deck on canal with gas grill, three large dining tables, and deck chairs. House has 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, two dens, and two full kitchens. Beds are king-sized but can be pulled apart to make twin beds.



Upper level dining table seats 16 for formal dinner; card table in den seats 4 more; lower level dining table in kitchen seats 8. 4 cable TVs, 4 DVD/VHS players, 4 stereo players, designer-decorated in beach-style decor with pastel colors and rattan furniture. House is accessible by handicapped and elderly with full facilities on ground level. Dogs are allowed on lower level of house(no cats).

Sleeping arrangements:

All king-sized beds can be split into twin beds. Bed linens are available for all beds and sleeper couches, stored in house, but must be washed prior to departure.

Upper level:

Bedroom #2: King-sized bed with set of bunk beds, dressing table, CD player

Bedroom #3: Master bedroom: Three twin beds and one set of bunk beds, private bathroom with shower, TV, DVD and large stereo player

Den: queen sleeper couch, stereo player, card table

Living room: L-shaped couch with TV/VCR/DVD player/500 channel cable TV with premium movie channels, and Lazy Boy arm chair

Dining area has table that seat 16

Hallway has bathroom with tub

Upper level kitchen is fully stocked with fine and everyday china and cookware

Lower level:

Bedroom #4: King-sized bed, private 1/2 bathroom, TV, DVD player

Bedroom #5: King-sized bed

Bedroom #6: King-sized bed

Bedroom #7: Queen-sized bed

Den: Queen sleeper couch, TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo player.

Hallway has 2 bathrooms, one with shower, and one with tub

Lower level kitchen is fully stocked and has table that seats 8

Add on $160 for the departure cleaning service. Off-season weekend rentals are a 3-night minimum. Weekends are the same price whether you stay for two nights or three nights. Some major holidays are a 4-night minimum rental and may have higher rates. Any nights rented beyond the 4-night holiday minimum drop back down to the regular off-season rates. Summer, 2007, renters will need to add on a $176 cleaning fee for departure cleaning. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Reservation deposit is $100 followed by 50% total rental amount within one month, followed by total balance due 5 weeks prior to rental date. Lodging Tax: 0% Cleaning Fee: $145.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation penalty is 15% of total rental amount. Other Fees: Rental taxes area included in these rates. Add $145 for weekly rentals for cleaning fee. Check In: 11:00AM Check Out: 5:00PM Required Stay: 3 night minimum on weekends. Other Property Features & Appliances: Outdoor shower. Bedsheets available stored in house but must be washed prior to your departure. Lower level has DSL internet access for your laptop computer. Living room has cable TV wtih premium movies channels.
