I've rented this property for 4 years and loved Sea Colony so much I bought my own unit! In addition to being reasonably priced and well maintained he keeps the unit updated. Most importantly, Bill Homa is extreemly responsive and always delivers. Rent with confidence knowing that all will go well and even if there is a small problem it will be addressed promtly.

My family spent a week at Sea Colony and we wished we could live there permanently! Between the pools and the beach, plus the great small town of Bethany you couldn't ask for a better place to relax. My grandchildren are ages 6 mos. to 7 years....and they loved every minute! You are only minutes away from Ocean City. This is a vacation we will repeat for years to come.
