HOUSE RENTALS:
"Main Rancho", 2-3 double rooms plus kitchen, 1 private bath with outdoor shower, closest to the beach, large kitchen and outdoor dining area. 1-6 guests. Maid service included. $125/night
"Honeymoon Cabina", 2 double rooms, 2 stories plus kitchen, 2 private baths and shower, wading pool of artesian creek water, pingpong/multimedia art studio, 1-4 guests max. Maid service included. $135/night
"Ranchito Cabina", 1 double room with private bath and shower, no kitchen, for budget travelers or overflow. The native style thatched roof keeps this room cool during the day. $50/night.
We can hire a local cook to help with cooking and cleaning and taxis can bring food out from town or there are a couple local businesses to purchase meals out.
MEALS INCLUDED PLAN: For the best meals available in Cabo Matapalo. Chef lives on site!

BOOKING PROCEDURES: To quickly determine the availability of lodgings, please fill out the Reservation Inquiry form. Because of the increased numbers of "walk-in" guests, we always advise making reservations as far in advance as possible. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 20-40% reservation deposit. Full balance may be paid either in advance in the U.S. or upon arrival in Costa Rica. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival date will receive back deposit monies minus a 15% service charge plus wire transfer fees if applicable. * RATES exclude Christmas/New Years period. There are no refunds for late cancellations 30 days or less. |

All bedrooms have screened and louvered windows with quiet solar powered fans and lights indoors. There's a full assortment of hammocks and comfortable chairs on three separate verandas, with a barbeque and cooling pool of artesian creek water outside. Both the beach and rainforest are right at your doorstep. Wireless Satellite internet is available for guests with laptop computers.
You may choose between the "Main Rancho" ( 2 private doubles) or the more secluded "Honeymoon Cabina" (1 private double upstairs and 2nd optional double downstairs). The Honeymoon Cabina has a large veranda upstairs and a private pool at the bottom of the stairs plus an optional full kitchen downstairs for longer stays or for those who want to do their own cooking. Please choose between our “Meals Plan (4 or more guests)” or the “Housekeeping Plan" where you prepare your own meals.
Fresh fruit from our gardens and vegetables from our greenhouses provide a healthy touch to your meals that are included in the price of your stay.
