Our newly redecorated condo has one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths. It sleeps four comfortably. we have an indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and game room in our complex. There is a free shuttle at the door to the ski area. We have a beautiful fireplace and balcony with woods behind it. We are on a cross-country ski trail and you can walk to shopping and dining. The winter rates range from a low $120 per night to a high of $140 per night during the Holidays. Discount for weekly rentals. We stayed 18-28 December 2009. The unit was perfect for us (2 adults 3 kids). Just as described with lots of little touches that leave you free to enjoy your stay. Easy 2 min walk to the gondola and River Run village. Owner was very professional and a great communicator. We'll definitely be back.

we stayed here in Sept 2007, The condo was a perfect place to relax. The smell of the pines, the views through the trees. just the right size for the two of us, everything we needed was there. The only down side, was the pool and rec center was closed midweek. A great location for seeing the Rockies.

We have stayed in several ski in/ski out units in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Oregon. This was one of my favorites as the unit was clean, practically new, tastefully decorated and so quiet. The location was just a short walk to the gondolas and ski rental shop. We found that River Run is the best place to stay in the area considering activities and restaurants. We enjoyed Keystone skiing and Vail in particular. On site underground parking a real plus as well as free and easily accessible shuttle to other mountains.
