Bedding Information: 3 KING, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 2 bunk(4beds)
and spacious town home with over 2400 sq. ft. Our mountain Home is
adjacent to the Eagles Nest Wilderness and overlooks the scenic
Williams Fork Range with spectacular mountain views from the Great
Room or either of the two decks. It is near several major ski areas
(Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe, Copper Mt. and Vail) and is in an
area known for fabulous outdoor sports including skiing, hiking,
fishing, wildlife viewing, cross-country skiing and more.
Your home away from home offers a lovely decor and a practical room
arrangement on three levels. On the upper level is the lovely Great
Room with full kitchen, dinning area, large living room with two
couches, love seat and rocking chairs. Also on this level is a bedroom
and bathroom. On the middle level the Master bedroom suite features a
King Sleigh bed, a twin bed, cable TV and a full bath with jetted tub
and separate shower. The third level has three bedrooms and two baths:
The first bedroom is another Master bedroom with a King bed, twin bed,
cable TV and full bath. The next bedroom has a King bed and the last
bedroom has two bunk bed sets (i.e.4 beds)
Vacation Rental Amenities
The living room has a 46” cable flat screen TV, DVD/CD stereo, a gas
fireplace and a comfortable Queen sofa-sleeper. The fully equipped
kitchen is well stocked for your comfort and convenience. A gas grill
is located on the deck. There is a large oak table for comfortable
dining with seating for 12. The heated two car garage is convenient
when retuning after a hard day of play. The clubhouse has two hot tubs
and a heated indoor pool.
Gas fireplace, washer and dryer (in unit) w/iron and ironing board,
cable TV in 2 bedrooms and living room), DVD/CD player, gas grill
(BBQ) fully equipped kitchen w/ microwave, dishwasher, blender, crock
pot etc., comfortable dining area, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, hair
dryers in each of the bathrooms, Child booster chair and a pack-n-play,
two car heated garage plus additional outdoor parking. Clubhouse with
two outdoor hot tubs and heated indoor swimming pool.
This is a smoke-free home and no pets are allowed.
Activities and Attractions
In winter, Summit County has some of the best skiing in the world at
Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mt., A-Basin and Vail. Other winter
activities include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice-skating and
snowmobiling.
Come spring, summer or fall you will enjoy some superb golf on the
many beautiful courses in Summit County and the surrounding areas
including picturesque Vail. Other activities include fishing on the
Gold Metal Blue River, Lake Dillon and the many high mountain lakes,
hiking or biking on miles of scenic trails, 4-wheel driving, horseback
riding and much much more.

We absolutely loved this place. We had a mini family reunion and this place was perfect. We had 15 people and were all very comfortable. The home is equipped with everything you might possibly need. The furniture and the bedding were all in like new condition. From the moment all of us walked in this home we kept commenting how BEAUTIFUL and COMFORTABLE this home was. "Three generations under one roof and we all had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful and the views are fantastic. The large table allows for sit down suppers together and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the 2 car garage and the washer and dyer as well. The only problem we had was locating the correct entrance to the pool and hot tub area. The owners were a pleasure to do business with! LOVED IT! Will go back!"

This place was excellent. Great views, yet very close to the ski resorts. Very well furnished inside. Owners did not buy the cheap stuff just to "fill the place." Owners were quick to respond with questions. This place has a "brand new" type of feel to it. Only thing I wish is that this unit was closer to the hot tub/clubhouse. It is the furthest one away from the clubhouse, and is a walk that you don't want to make after a full day of skiing. After day one, we drove to the hot tub. Covered parking also.
