bedroom 3 bath mountain
home is walking distance to River Run Village and
the River Run Gondola. With
views from every room (Keystone Mountain from the
front of the house, an undeveloped mountain preseve
off the back of the house); two private decks; a
private hot tub, sauna and steam shower room; our
home offers every amenity and provides you with all
your living needs. A bright open floor plan, the living
room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and
vaulted ceiling. The dining room seats twelve, and
the kitchen is large fully equipped, and modern.
Multiple televisions, DVD player, wireless internet
and stereos equip the house. There is a
heated two car garage and private drive to allow up to
four cars. The on-premise club-house is free to all
guests and offers an indoor swimming pool,
racquetball court, table tennis, pool table, weights
and exercise bicycle and an outdoor tennis court. If
you don't want to walk or you can take the free
shuttle that stops across the road. I also provide for
all my guest a PARKING PASS ($25 a day savings)
which allows you PARK FREE at the pay parking lots
located directly at the base of the gondola and
Mountain House Lifts. It is only a few minutes drive
to either pay parking lot.
