Deb and I hope you have a fantastic visit at our condo! The Springs is the most sought after rental property at River Run in Keystone, and for good reason! Walking distance from the main lift at Keystone as well as the town of River Run, the amenities are endless. The Springs offers a pool with a slide, a hot tub (2 in December!), hiking and biking trails, and easy access to boating facilities, not to mention a Starbucks within walking distance!

Unit #8824 (2 Bed/2 Bath) boasts the shortest path to your vacationing pleasure: it has the shortest walking distance to the slopes from The Springs, and is located down the short hallway from the pool, so pool access is easy but there is no pool noise and very limited foot traffic. It has large cement walls on either side of it so is well insulated from noise in general. Also, it has probably the only XBOX at The Springs!

It is the easiest unit to load bags to and from so there is no lugging of bags needed from the basement, through the elevators, etc! If you are really an evolved soul, when you drive into The Springs, you will just park in the half circle driveway in front of the unit, enter the building, go to #8824, and walk your bags into the unit. Voila, you are checked in! Just park your car in the garage and you are ready to relax!
