Our family of five rented this fabulous condo June of 2005. We can not say enough good things! First the view....UNBELIEVABLE! I've talked to more people who've rented in Colorado and no one else had the view we did! The condo itself is beautiful and very well maintained. There is everything we needed including extra pillows, blankets, games, books, videos and every kitchen gadget imaginable. The condo was very clean and decorated with a lodge theme that was done well with very comfy furniture. The complex was a small one, which we appreciated...always room to park and nice and quiet. The pool area was nice and we all enjoyed the hot tub, too! The location can't be beat! You are in walking distance from several resturants and the path by the lake is right out your back door. We enjoyed walking by the lake in the mornings or at dusk and taking in the view. There is a mall basically across the street with resturants, grocery store, movie theater, everything you needed. About a 5 minute drive down the road brought you to more resturants, stores and a Wal-Mart. The breath-taking 20 minute drive takes you into Breckenridge, which has even more activites, even in the summer. If you are a skier, Keystone was maybe five minutes up the road. (We loved Dos Locos Mexican Resturant!) The owner Amy was great and very easy to work with. She even called during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and hope to come back some day!
