The unit offers a great place to base your day activities and your evening adventures in Crested Butte, Colorado's last great ski town!

This Outrun unit is comfortably and modernly furnished, enjoying stunning views of Crested Butte Mountain Resort from the large living area windows and deck. This unit's large living area offers plenty of comfortable lounging for family and friends to relax after an adventure-filled day on Crested Butte’s slopes or trails.

There is plenty of seating at our dining table for dinner parties or big family get-togethers, as well. Food preparation for hungry skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers is no problem with our well-equipped kitchen and large grill (grill is located on the deck, offering some of the best grilling views anywhere!).

Sleeping arrangements are quite comfortable with three bedrooms. The master bedroom also enjoys a private bath. We ask that you limit your group size to 10 people. There is plenty of room for ski, snowboard, and outerwear storage both at the unit, as well as in the unit's garage.

The Outrun Condominium complex offers the best of Mt. Crested Butte's amenities. An outdoor hot tub is located (with an indoor shower and changing area) just steps away - what a great way to relax and re-energize after a fabulous day of blue skies and high-mountain splendor!

Regardless of the season, the ski area base and Crested Butte's town center are just a FREE shuttle bus ride away. During the ski season, the "condominium loop" busses stop every 15 minutes to pick you up or drop you off right outside your door. These busses take you to the ski area where you can enjoy Crested Butte Mountain's world-class skiing or connect with the FREE town shuttle (again, one departs every 15 minutes) to head for Crested Butte's variety of dining and shopping options. The ski area base is just a five-minute walk if you feel the need to stretch your legs on the way to enjoy the mountain.

In the summer, play a match on the Outrun's tennis court, jump on your bicycle to access a wide variety of trails located within easy riding distance or head for one of several wilderness areas near Crested Butte for some solitude.
