With a view towards the mountains, our spacious 3800 square foot home is situated on a wooded half-acre lot less than one and a half miles from Downtown Breckenridge and Peaks 8, 9, and 10.
"Elk Ridge" comfortably accommodates up to ten people with its 4 bedrooms (3 full bathrooms) and two large living areas. Beautifully decorated and accessorized, our home has all the amenities to make you feel at home. After a day of skiing or hiking, enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or relax in front of the moss stone walled fireplace.

This is an absolutely wonderful home. It is very spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Great attention went into the decorating of the house. Warm Colorado touches such as a coffee table with a bear, blankets with moose on them, etc. really enhance the mountain experience. The master suite was terrific with the cozy king sized bed and huge private bath.
