We stayed here in mid November and it was just beautiful! All of the amenities that you would ever want and a very well maintained and appointed condo. I didn't find one thing that we may have needed that they'd not supplied. It was snowing and having the wonderful shuttle service to town was great! Close to everything! I am looking forward to booking again in the summer to experience another season in Breckenridge ( and to sit out on the deck and enjoy the great views) !

We rented this beautiful condo for 8 days. We were pleasantly surprised to find it as nice as it was and exactly as described. It provided ample space for a family of 5 - we especially liked the roomy bedrooms, large master bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen. We loved the free shuttle service - we didn't need to move our car all week! We would definitely rent from David and Diana again - they were very accommodating and quick to respond when booking.

Stayed here in early August. This condo and the entire complex is wonderful. Well decorated and maintained. One of the nicest properties in Breckenridge. The location is great, as others have said. Location improves for the winter considerations due to the lift opening very close to this property in a few months.
Breckenridge is a great town and we used this as a base to launch many day trips around Colorado during our trip.
Handling the rental transaction with the owners could not have been easier.
I strongly recommed this condo and Breckenridge.

We recently stayed in this home, it was a wonderful weekend and a great experience. We liked the fact that we could easily walk to most anywhere we wanted to go in the town.
The home itself is very nice, clean, and well equipped. It had everything that we needed for our weekend stay. The kids had a great time playing in the pool while we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.
One really nice surprise was the extra, third shower, which made getting ready to hit the town simpler for the entire family.
