i traveled with my familiy and a group of friends. this was our very first time in Breckenridge and skiing. we had an amazing experience! we will be returning and hopefully this condo will be available the days we return :). we left with no complaints of the condo. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. not to mention the unforgetable views from the back patio!

"Great Summer Vacation Spot"

Three families stayed in this great condo for a week this summer. We had a wonderful time, finding lots of things to do! The condo we stayed in was very clean, convenient to everything we did and very accessible for my husband who rides on a motorized cart. All of the family decided this was the best vacation ever!! If we ever go back to the area we would stay in this condo again.

"Great Vacation Experience"

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo unit. Great location near shuttle for easy trips to ski lifts and town. Parking next to elevator for easy loading/unloading and convenient ski locker near parking spot. Unit had plenty of space for our college-age kids. The washer/dryer in unit was most convenient for drying ski clothes. The pool house was close with hot-tub and sauna usually available. Pool was a bit deep for our comfort but we still used the shallow end. In our case, it would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom - otherwise, a fantastic find!

"Wonderful stay in Breckenridge!"

We stayed in the condo for skiing during Christmas week. The condo was even nicer than pictured on the website. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole place was roomy and spacious. The view from the deck and the master bedroom window was great. The condo was a quick drive or free shuttle ride to downtown Breckenridge. The one off-putting thing was the external condition of the condo complex -- it just didn't seem terribly well-maintained, but that feeling left when we entered the condo. We didn't ever go to the clubhouse, so I can't comment on that. We had a great stay!

Beginning April 2012 the entire condo complex will undergo a $2M renovation.... to be ready for the upcoming ski season. You will like it!

"Winter Wonderland!"

We had a lovely time at the Congdon Condo this March amidst some of the nicest snow we had seen in a while. The condo is so comfortable; and the lovely fire along with the view made us feel so warm and weclome when we came home everyday formn the slopes. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice condo. Everything in the unit is in very good condition. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and other utensils. Bus stop is 200 feet from the front door with access to downtown and the Breck transfer station and gondola. Having the parking and front door next to the elavator is a plus after a long day of skiing. Owner is very responsive to e-mails as well. We enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was large and spacious and more than met our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked, Beds were comfy, super clean and within walking distance of town. Would definitely rent again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time skiing in Breckinridge and Vail. The condo met the needs of 4 adults perfectly. It was very clean and conveniently located just a short walk from town. I will certainly consider it again for future vacations.

Our condo stay was fantastic! We had a great time! We had plenty of room to relax and spread out after a great day of skiing! Our fully functional kitchen allowed us to make meals just like we were at home (saving some $)! The fire place warmed the condo right up and made it very cozy! Also, we were just a few blocks from downtown to do some shopping when we weren't skiing, although the mountain was very close too! I would recommend this condo to all friends and family, and even go back in the future!
