Our property is located on the American River in the heart of the high sierra's with easy access to Highway 50. There are endless opportunities for incredible day hikes while returning to the comfort of our mountain home (built in 2005). You'll have vistas of Mt. Ralston and Talking Mountain from the expansive deck. Hike into Desolation Valley, access the Pacific Crest Trail by way of the Pony Express Trail, explore Echo Lake. Check out our location which is secluded. We are in the small community of about 50 homes in Phillips, CA. - close to Lake Tahoe and away from the crowds. In winte, it's a great location next to the entrance to Sierra at Tahoe Snowsport Resot with plenty of open forests to explore on snowshoes or cross country skis.
