Vacation Rental Home Description

Escape to a two bedroom retreat in the woods. Located on a quiet street in Prosser Lakeview Estates, this newly furnished cabin features a large deck and all the amenities of modern living (two cable TV/VCR combinations, stereo, dishwasher, washer and dryer). Historic Downtown Truckee is less than 5 miles from your front door with countless other recreational possibilities only minutes away. Relax with a good book by the warmth of the fire from the woodstove or enjoy a movie in the living room or master bedroom. You will feel right at home in a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The dining room table expands to seat 8, or the kids can use the barstools at the kitchen counter. In the master bedroom you will find a queen bed, dresser, two nightstands and a large closet with shelves. The second bedroom sleeps 4, with one full bed, one twin bed and a futon chair that converts to a single bed. A queen size futon in the living room brings the total number of people the cabin can sleep up to 8.

Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check Deposits: A $300 deposit is required for all reservations. A $1,000 security deposit is required for reservations of 30 days or longer. Deposits are typically refunded within 14 days of check out. Lodging Tax: 10% Cleaning Fee: $75.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Non-refundable $250.00 reservation fee is due within 7 days to confirm and hold your reservation. Full payment of rent, tax, cleaning fee and security deposit is due 60 days in advance of reservation. A full refund of any money paid less the non-refundable reservation fee will be granted for cancellations made 30 or more days in advance of the check in date.
