| Deposit: A $250 booking deposit is required to hold your dates and is applied to the balance which is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. The booking deposit is non refundable.
A security deposit of $250 will be required for your stay. If you are securing with a credit card the card will not be charged unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. If securing with a cashiers check or money order it will not be cashed unless there are damages/excessive cleaning needs. Failure to return security form prior to arrival results in cancellation of reservation and no refund.
Tax: 10% Cleaning Fee: $55.00 Cancellations and Refunds: This is an adult only community, please make sure you do not book if you are planning to travel with your children. Cancellation from date of booking until 30 days prior to arrival ~ $250 of total is non-refundable. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival warrants no refund of any portion of the charges.
