You really have to check this place out, it's everything thats listed and more, Mr. Holms did a fantastic job in helping me and the family get away for a few days, and boy did we need it. Once you arrive and enter this property you will know that you made the right choice, For me, once I arrived,it felt like all my worries I ever had just seem to melt away, When you open the front door and walk into the great room you get goose bumps just looking at the overwhelming size of it all, there was so much space at this property that you can easily walk into another room and not even hear a thing in the other rooms. the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered, even with the snow falling, it just totally relaxes you. the fire place was perfect and kept all of us warm, The kids had so much fun in the back yard, building snowmen, making snow angels and throwing snowballs, but they really had fun when they rode they're sleds down the slope in the back yard. The pooltable and pingpong table added to the fun, with all the T Vs in the house, everyone was able to watch what ever they wanted. AND THE MONEY we saved by dining in, not to mention the fact that we actually had the time to all sit down at the table for our blessed meals, Family time meant so much to us and this property will make that happen. If you really want the most of your next Tahoe getaway then take a good long look at this property. Mr. Holm made it easy an affordable for my family and I to to have that family moment we all need, THANK YOU MR. HOLM, we'll be seeing you again soon.

I wish I had found this place earlier. I've been coming up to Tahoe several times a year for the last 4-5 years and this was by far the best deal I've had. The house is very spacious for a 3 bedroom. It has a nice balcony to sit back and relax which connects to the living room. You'd be hardpress to find a better deal than this one. No doubt I'll be back.

We rented Rex's home from Jan 21-25, 08 for our winter Tahoe vacation. The house is in immaculate condition and is very, very spacious. It's fully furnished and very comfortable - even has baby gates for stairs (we have a toddler...would have never thought about a gate on our vacation). Rex has been very helpful and easily contacted from the get-go. And the rental package/info he sent us before the trip covered pretty much everything. We're planning to make this a yearly stay for us!

In reality, the photographs and description are highly underrated compared to what we got in the house. Be it latest kitchen and its own deck, the living room, the back yard, the size of the rooms, the house, etc. We rented for 2007 Christmas time and awfully regretted having rented only for 3 nights. This place is Fantabulous. We are going to be back several time in the new year. Great place.

We rented this house for our wedding weekend and we were very pleasantly surprised at just how much room there was. Our reception was in the backyard...which was perfect. The trees and the backyard made for a gorgeous setting. I recommend this house and would love to stay here again.

I contacted Rex about one property listed in the Tahoe area only to find ot had already been rented. He suggested another property of his not too far away. After speaking with him about the property and looking at the pictures on-line, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Rex made everything easy from that point on. he mailed me the keys to the place along with instructions for everything. We arrived in Tahoe and everything was just as he said it would be. I would highly reccommend this property or any others Rex manages. He made this process very easy and quite affordable.

The home is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We had the most comfortable and luxurious stay. The home was warm and classy. Plenty of parking, bedding, and kitchen space. Even Pictionary! And cable! Not a single complaint! (except maybe that you can hear through the doors in the hall, but that's minor)

What a great house! We stayed here last year and came back again this year. The kids loved the backyard, and the National Forest next to the house was perfect for sledding. The house was very clean, comfortable, cozy and close to everything. Watching the stars from the hot tub was such a treat! We have rented many houses in Lake Tahoe in the past years and Rex's home is our favorite!

We had a wonderful time in this great house, and you can even catch a glimpse of the lake through the trees from the dining room! Loved the spacious lounge / dining areas, and the well stocked kitchen made cooking even for a large party very easy. Also the hot tub on the back deck was just perfect to relax in after a big day on the mountain!

We had a wonderful stay at Rex's House Rental. He was very easy to make arrangements with. The house itself was great! It's just a short drive to the casinos and Heavenly. There's plenty of space in all the rooms, more than what you expect to see from the pictures. The fireplace and heater kept us warm and cozy for being there in a winter storm. We'll definitely be back on our next Tahoe excursion, winter or summer.
