Spacious Tahoe vacation Chalet. 3 bedrooms 2 baths two stories. Five separate sleeping areas. Sleeps twelve people. Large fireplace, firewood available for purchase by the bundle or box at local super markets. Close to Lake,skiing,beaches and state line casinos. The home is completely furnished for house keeping all modern conveniences, Built in gas oven and four burner cooking range. Dishwasher, garbage disposer, Clothes washer and dryer in premises. Large front porch with Bar-B-Que unbrella,lounge furniture. Volley Ball net and equipment furnished. Also badminton with equipment. Horseshoes with equipment for amusement in our large back yard. Other Property Features & Appliances: All Linens, blankets,pillows,bath towels,kitchen towels furnished. Limited house cleaning provided on last day after renters checkout. All cleaning equipment and cleaning agents furnished. All renters are required to thoroughly clean the kitchen,Wash all dishes,glasses,cooking utinsuls,pots,pans. clean stove top,refrigerator inside/out,clean counters,wet mop the kitchen floor. Please empty all waste baskets,take the refuse to the the Bear Bins located on the left side of the drive way area. Please allow enough time for the dishwasher to complete its cycle and return all items to their proper places in the cupboards. Other Attractions: Camp Richardson Beach Featuring the Beacon waterfront bar and restaurant. Boat rentals,jet ski rentals etc. Live entertainment weekends and evenings. A visit to Emerald Bay is a must see place of beauty. You can go there by automobile or take one of the dinner cruises aboard the Paddlewheel Cruisers located at Ski-run Blvd & Zephyr Cove, Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.
