In addition, there are beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, barbecue, board games, books to read, a Thomas Brothers map of San Diego County, and several books with day hikes or trip ideas in San Diego. Nearby you will find great hiking through state parks and horseback riding on the beach.

We chose to rent the condo during Christmas vacation of 2007. We had the best vacation we have ever had, and the best Christmas. The kids asked if we could do this every year. That is how much they liked it. The condo was wonderful. It was nice that it was right on the beach, so they kids could go out and play whenever they wanted and we didn't have to schedule a trip to the beach. It was comfortable, clean and we now have some great memories to last a lifetime. If the opportunity arises, this will be the first place we will attempt to rent again. Thank you so much for providing such a nice place for people to vacation.

We were here on September 2003 and found the place and the surroundings really nice.
The house was beautiful, spacious, and well kept. The surrounding views were breathtaking and the location of the house made our entire stay very convenient.

This condo is lovely and truely "home away from home". My husband,kids(9 and 4 years old} and I stayed the week of the Sandcastle Competition when the town shines with fun and imagination. As soon as it was over the beach became a peaceful and relaxing hideaway. The large balcony was great to sit and take in the ocean air. It was wonderful to have the beach as our backyard. The rocks have built in "steps" so it is easy to access the sand. The condo had everything we needed! It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very easy access to major attractions, the airport and Mexico. My one and only choice for our next San Diego vacation.

This condo was everything it was advertised to be. Extremely spacious, nicely decorated, beautiful views and nice beach. We have 3 older children and the proximity of the beach was perfect to allow them to play as long and as much as they wanted without having to be right there with them. The boogie boards provided by the owner was another plus. We were there during a volleyball tournament and the sandcastle tournament so there was alot to see. We highly recommend this condo.

Paula Moritz Phoenix, AZ: You’ll feel like you’re tucked away in your own private hideaway, complete with the calming sounds of the ocean. The beach is literally steps away from the door, with a lovely view of the I.B. Pier and the Coronado Islands. We stayed the last week of Oct. - first week of Nov., and it was still nice enough to be on the beach. We saw a large school of dolphins swim past, and sunsets were awesome from the patio. The freeway is not too far away, making it easy to get to everything in the San Diego area. The city of Coronado is just a short drive, where you'll find a wide range of restaurants and shops. The condo has everything you could want or need for a great stay at the beach, and the spaciousness and decor make it a very comfortable place to be. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for future trips to San Diego!

Jeff Jones Henderson, NV: FANTASTIC: Facility, Location, Sunsets, etc. My Wife, Son (2 1/2), and I spent the last week of June in the condo. We expected "rental" accomidations, but found a beautiful "Home away from Home". I was expecting a unit 1/2 the size of this one. Plenty of room to get relaxed in the living room by the fire or in the family room to watch the sunset, TV, or a video. Step out onto the balcony looking over the pacific, down a few step to the grass, over the boulders to the sand. It almost feels like your own private beach! We strolled, picked up sand dollars and shells, and watched our son run from the surf. AWSOME PLACE! We will be back.

What a terrific family getaway. The condo sits right on the beach, separated by a small grassy area and large rocks that you can climb down to get to the sand. It is close to San Diego, the zoo, Seaworld, and the waves. The condo is located in Imperial beach, California. We went in March when the ocean wasn't great for swimming, but the children had fun jumping in the waves and building castles on the beach. We would definitley go there again! They had everything there that a family needs.
