Welcome to San Clemente! You found us! We are
nestled in south Orange County about 30 minutes
south of Disneyland and about 50 minutes south of
Los Angeles. Our quaint little town is undergoing a
bit of a transformation lately. Our "Main" street has
now become quite a nice eclectic mix of fantastic
dining opportunities, wonderful antique shops, and
fun shops with surf and California style in mind.
...Our mild winters, California sunshine and great
location makes our "Casa Azul" just the perfect place
for folks looking to escape the extreme climates of
northern or eastern United States during their harsh
winter months...The casa is a duplex. Two separate
apartments one up, one down, with exactly the same
floor plan in each. Each unit has two bedrooms one
with a queen the other with two twins....
Or if you are simply interested in spending time at
the beach this is the place. Winter is beautiful at the
beach, the crowds are gone and we have plenty of
sun and Califonia attractions just a short drive from
San Clemente....Our beaches have remained relativly
uncrowded and San Clemente has retained the quaint
feeling of a small town... We have the most fantstic
wide open view of the beautiful blue Pacific because
we are situated on the edge of a natural canyon
facing Catalina Island and beautiful sunsets...There
are 4 huge 5'x 8' windows in each unit overlooking
the
ocean and canyon, you can really hear and see the
waves! It is a short walk down our steps to a very
nice community park, and on down to the beach...
where you will find several surf spots, clean white
sand, a pier with a fine seafood restaurant, and very
nice locals...If you decide not to venture out you
would be happy enjoying the peaceful and relaxing
atmosphere on your patio where you can hear and
see the waves, sunsets, and even barbeque if you
wish... you will fall in love with this location!! We
have friends that have been visiting Casa Azul every
summer for over 30 years. Currently we are
accepting reservations for all the fall and winter
months, and of course next summer! We are usually
fully booked for summer by Feb. so please inquire
early for the best selection.

We offer 2 bdrms. 2 bathrooms and all
amenities...internet access, telephone, TV/Cable,
no-cost washer dryer, barbeque, and off street
parking ( a real commodity close to the beach!) With
the nearby park, surfing locations, proximity to
Seaworld, Disneyland, Mission San Juan Capistrano,
Tiajuana Mexico, and local San Clemente fun! we are
the perfect place for families to reconnect and enjoy
a week or two together...
