Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included.
Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spaceous, fully-furnished apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and Cuisinart. Also included is high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD/VCR and laundry facilities. Garage and driveway reserved parking.
Two bedrooms and bath sleeps six. The bedrooms have Two Queen beds, One Cal King bed and there is a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! We have installed Solar Electric panels on the roof, so we are producing our own electricity. Through the net metering program with the utility provider, we provide uninterrupted clean electricity and have incorporated many other energy saving features in our vacation home.

I just got the refund notice. Thank you for your prompt follow-thru. We had the BEST time. What a great way to end our summer break and start my husband's retirement. Thank you also for your excellent service and assistance. We definitely followed your advice about the specials at the Pier as well. Who knew that was such a good restaurant?! All these years we only had lunch there a couple times - silly. Now we know. I also wrote a review for the Home Away site. Next time we visit, I'd like to ditch our car and ride the train down. Best thing that our car died when we arrived - made us walk - how cool was that?!
At any rate, we had a terrific visit and will be renting in San Clemente again.

This is a great getaway place and truly typifies "you get what you see" in the add. Next time we come, we will pack light - because pretty much everything is provided in this rental. Then we will hop on the Amtrak in Rialto (the "Surfliner")get off at the Pier and walk everywhere. This place is THAT accessible. You have your pick of excellent restaurants and fun shops within a five minute walk in any direction. It's cool. AND, by the way, Bill and Marsha are lovely and close by if you need them, or if you just have a question about something to do in the area. A great place at a reasonable price.

WE enjoyed our stay. My father lives in California, but my husband and I and our two girls are from North Carolina. We loved our stay here. I loved being able to walk everywhere. "June Gloom" didn't bother our family. It was nice to wear jeans and a sweat shirt after leaving 113 degrees in Phoenix. We love San Clemente & the "family feel" it has. Great apartment and looking forward to coming back.
Tori will miss the snails.
I liked the bed size, also the paintings. The beach is awesome - Alexandra, 8.

We visited La Jolla and our son had a great kayak experience. We spent two days in LA with our friends, which included Santa Monica, Griffith Park and the Getty Center. Our special was a trip to mount Palomar Observatory - Great!

We've had a FABULOUS stay during our vacation in San Clemente! Thank you ever so much for providing so many things for our use from dishes to Boogie boards! This truly was a "home away from home." We enjoyed walks to the pier, learning to Boogie board, the wonderful 4th of July fireworks off the pier, riding thrilling and insane roller coasters at Knott's Berry Farm, and ultimately just laying around relaxing on the beach! Our trip from South Africa was fantastic. Summer in California was a wonderful change. We had georgous beach weathr and lots of glorius days at the beach. We did all the tourist spots - SeaWorld, Disneyland, and Universal Studios, and look forward to a holiday back in the USA soon. We will take many memories away with us including the wonderful house near the beach. Thanks for everything!
