Set in a perfect location in this seaside resort, it is just a short walk to the beach, fishing pier, shopping and restaurants.

Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. beach chairs, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included.

Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spaceous, fully-furnished apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and Cuisinart. Also included is high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD/VCR and laundry facilities. Garage and driveway reserved parking.

Two bedrooms and bath sleeps six. The bedrooms have Queen beds, and there is a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.

We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! We have installed Solar Electric panels on the roof, so we are producing our own electricity. Through the net metering program with the utility provider, we provide uninterrupted clean electricity and have incorporated many other energy saving features in our vacation home.
