Stroll along the beach or on the pier and watch the surfers at some of California's best surfing breaks. Soak up the sun while lying on the beach, swim, boogie board, or watch the sunset. Beach chairs, boogie boards and fishing equipment are included.
Enjoy a beach holiday year round in this spaceous, fully-furnished apartment with a completely outfitted kitchen, including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and Cuisinart. Also included is high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD/VCR and laundry facilities. Garage and driveway reserved parking.
Two bedrooms and bath sleeps six. The bedrooms have Two Queen beds, One Cal King bed and there is a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room.
We are now your Green Holiday choice in San Clemente! We have installed Solar Electric panels on the roof, so we are producing our own electricity. Through the net metering program with the utility provider, we provide uninterrupted clean electricity and have incorporated many other energy saving features in our vacation home.

Next time we come, we will pack light - because pretty much everything is provided in this rental. Then we will hop on the Amtrak in Rialto (the "Surfliner")get off at the Pier and walk everywhere. This place is THAT accessible. You have your pick of excellent restaurants and fun shops within a five minute walk in any direction. It's cool. AND, by the way, Bill and Marsha are lovely and close by if you need them, or if you just have a question about something to do in the area. A great place at a reasonable price.
