This past November was the third consecutive one that my wife and I have spent in Palm Springs. For this last trip, we were fortunate to be referred to the owner of a newly renovated condominium at the Rose Garden. We were very pleased with unit, what it provided, and the service we received from the owner, Anthony. It is within walking distance of grocery shopping, a drug store and the main street of Palm Springs, Palm Canyon Drive. The complex is away from main travelled roads in a very quiet area with welcoming and helpful residents. It is close to a number of golf courses and many choices for dining out. If you are looking for lots of tennis, there is a very friendly club right across the street that has reasonable prices and can arrange matches for you. We have already booked Anthony's unit for November 2011 and have added two extra weeks.

We found your home in Seven Lakes to be immaculate, beautiful and so comfortable. We were blown away by the decor...the pictures don't tell the whole story. Our family felt like they were in a superbly elegant resort. The Seven Lakes Club is a place we consider to be without equal in Palm Springs. Our dinner for ten at the Club Dining Room was delectable, and the service was fabulous.

I rented this condo for my mom and aunts for their get together and they really enjoyed their stay here. They absolutely loved the condo and the surroundings. Anthony was very helpful and accommodating and was great to work with. I am definitely planning on renting this place for myself next time I go to Palm Springs.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It was a great place to be for visiting family in Cathedral City. The place was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a beatiful mtn. view out the back. The condo and the complex are well kept up. My husband and I enjoyed morning walks daily around the complex. They liked the short course and the fact that you could get on easily. The owner was extremely helpful and organized. I would highly recommend this place for rental.

We had a great time in Palm Springs and your condo worked out perfectly for us. We all spent the weekend creating beautiful photo albums of our family and friends. We found the spaciousness of the condo perfect for setting up our card tables and supplies. Everyone commented on how nice it was to have lots of room. We all agreed this was the best condo we've ever rented for a "scrap booking weekend". Another big plus was the natural light coming through all those sliding glass doors on both sides of the living room. We have never had that much light!!! We loved it, and the view out the back was inspiring. The weather was very hot and humid but that is to be expected this time of year. The air conditioning worked great and we never felt uncomfortable. Thanks again for everything. You have been a most gracious host and I would appreciate knowing what, if any, dates you have available during the first half of November so we could start planning our next weekend away.

The condo we stayed in was fantastic! Beautifully decorated and maintained. It had an elegant feel, while staying comfy enough for everyone to feel right at home! The pictures online do NOT do this place justice. I am hoping to find some more time to go back and stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to sit back, relax, and enjoy some down time in Palm Springs!

Our first California desert vacation was wonderful. I am so glad that we chose Anthony's Seven Lakes condo. It was beautiful, and very convenient to resturants, shopping and attractions. The pools and golf course are ony steps away, and the mountains offer a great early morning scene. Above all, Anthony went above and beyond in helping us to plan a dream vacation. Anthony & John's condo at Seven Lakes was better than expected. The pictures just didn't do it justice. Would liked to have seen pictures of the bathrooms before hand but wasn't disappointed. It was so spacious,two patios, very clean, all the amenities, including an egg beater I needed for Thanksgiving dinner and all the dishes and extras like dip bowls, egg holders, candlesticks, etc. Anthony even went out and bought a new roaster pan because he knew I was cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our family. The condo was exceptionally clean, quiet (no airplane noise) secure (gated community) 100 feet from the nearest pool/bbq area. The grapefruit and lemons were abudant on the trees in the community we were told were ok to pick. Washer and dryer a bonus, dishwasher, disposal, and all the mirrors added to our enjoyment. Our girls loved chilling on the spacious couch watching movies, enjoying the stereo, cuddling up in the blankets but the best was "Dad" and I most of the time didn't have to share our bathroom with the girls.(Although they still managed to take a shower or two,and put on makeup in our bathroom. They are all in their 20's.) Executive golf course a stones throw away. Would love to go back.

Very easy to relax here, with everything right outside your door! Loved the golf, tennis, and swimming so close. Also the grounds of the resort were very pretty and nice for evening strolls. We loved being able to grill out by the pool and enjoy the mountain view from there as well as from our own porch! convenient location, all very well-appointed, clean and pretty. I'm rejuvenated! Thanks.
