We have enjoyed our stay at this large lovely 1 bedroom condo. It is beautifully furnished and has fabulous grounds surrounding it (lots of grass). We also love how the condo patio gets the sun in the later afternoon, perfect for sitting outside in the evening. The Fairways complex is wonderful, lots of pools, tennis,courts, fruit trees and beautiful views. We have had a fantastic vacation in paradise.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and orderly and has all the amenties of home. It's much larger than it appears in the pictures and you don't feel cramped. Great place to relax and take in the views. Wonderful people at the Fairways

There is a $100.00 cleaning fee (non-refundable) at time of departure deducted from the security deposit.
- Does not include cleaning linens (sheets, towels, rugs). Cleaning of linens extra at time of departure ($25.00) only upon request.
- Also, there is a local cleaning service available at your service for monthly service. She is very reasonable and we locals require her service on a regular basis.
Cleaning Fee: $100.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Rental Fee required 60 days in advance of arrival. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel and your dates are rebooked, you will be reimbursed 100%. However, if you cancel within 60 days of arrival and your dates are not rebooked, reimbursement is not possible.
