Security/Departure Cleaning Deposit $350
Deposit is due within 7 days after making reservation. The deposit will be refunded within 21 days after an inspection of the home, minus a $125 cleaning fee. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if cancellation is made after receipt of deposit. There will be a $25 fee for any changes made after reservation has been booked. Cancellations made less than two months prior to arrival will forfeit all prepaid rent and cleaning deposit. All rent must be received 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require immediate full payment. Shortened stays do not receive any refund and all extended stays will be charged on a prorated basis. We accept money orders, checks. Credit card payments can be done through PAYPAL.
