Payment Options:
 Money Order  Personal Check
Deposits:
50% plus $300 security deposit due within 7 days of booking to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival, thank you.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancelllation Policy: More than 60 days prior to arrival: $50. 60 to 30 days prior to arrival: $100 full payment is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Other Fees:
$300 refundable security deposit. $45 charge for lost garage door opener.
