hilly Los Angeles. Touted as Greenwich Village of the west.
Quaint and quiet retreat setting serviced by on-premises family of
three and Sheba, world's friendliest shepard. Ten minutes to Los Angeles' historical downtown, museums,
Dodger Stadium, Staples Center, Griffith Park/equestrian/tennis/hiking trails/observatory; 10 minutes to Hollywood; Glendale, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, 30 to 40 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to beach, easy access to major freeways. Five minutes from Union Station for access to red/gold/blue/orange lines. Walk to cafes, restaurants, bakeries and enjoy the
renowned music/art scene. Walk down evocative stairway paths to Spaceland and art galleries.
Apartment owners have decades of local experience and historical
knowledge. Local lake reservoir has park, running path and
hikeable hills.

Recently remodeled bathroom in polished nickel, pedestal sink
and arty mosaic shower. French door and windows look onto
terraced garden with fish pond and fountain. Kitchen sink and kitchenette fully stocked with dishes and utensils; toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave. Patio table and chairs, gas grill and access to washer/dryer.
Queen sized loft-style (raised) bed with fine bedding set into alcove, old fashioned beadboard ceiling, romantic cozy space with transom
mini bank of windows. Two stepped levels total over 300 square
feet. Best for two but can sleep three (aero inflatable twin mattress available.)

DSL access, Sat tv with dvd. Street parking but never a problem getting a space.
Complimentary bottle of California wine and cigar (if you like cigars!)

$100 per night for stays of three days or less -- discounts for longer stays

Other Condo Rentals Information: Owner Comments: Two Day usual minimum stay for weekends. 550$ to 750$ per week. Deposit equal 1/2 total rental fee and is refundable minus cancellation fees.
