Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of vacating!
Cancellations and Refunds:
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are dependent upon our ability to find a substitute
tenant. If a cancellation is made prior to receipt of any of the
payment, your deposit would be refunded only if we can find a substitute
tenant. For cancellations made after payment of any portion of
the rent,
forfeiture of the rent received would result if we are unable to find
a substitute tenant, but the deposit and city tax would be returned.
If we should need to re-advertise in order to fill your cancellation, we
would deduct any expenses incurred in trying to re-rent the condo from
any monies due to you. (This generally would only occur if a cancellation is
made within 1-3 weeks of the arrival date.) If you should need to
cancel,
we will make every effort to find a substitute tenant. (For the few
people who have canceled to date, we have been able to find other renters.)
A pet charge of $75(small dog)- $100 (large dog)per Dog. Any size dogs are Welcome!
Other Fees:
Security deposit of $500, from which the $120 cleaning fee will be deducted. There is a pet charge between $75 (small pet) - $100 (large pet) per visit!

Across from the natural estuary and wildlife. Waveskiing/kayak, with private instruction. Located in Imperial Beach, which is a pet friendly area. You can have dogs on the beach for miles and miles. We are 5 minutes south of Coronado, 10 minutes South of Downtown San Diego/Gas Lamp District, 10 minutes North of Tiajuana, horseback riding stables a few minutes away, Sea world and the San Diego Zoo is North about 20 min. There is sport fishing, golfing, windsurfing, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, bird watching, tennis, roller blading, deep sea fishing, dolphin watching, rock climbing, hiking and great Mt. biking trails just out your front door. Handicapped accessible, beachfront ground floor unit. snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing, rafting...
