Huntington Seaside Villa is an exquisite 2500 sg. ft. beach home featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 family rooms with large TV's 1- up stairs, 1, downstairs with fireplaces, Newly decorated, wet bar, an office with Hi Speed or Wirless, Cable TV, DVD, Whirlpool tub. for 2, walk in shower for 2 and large walk in closet with view of the fireplace in front master bedroom all done in marble. Both master bedrooms are separate from each other offering lots of privacy.
Custom detailed with designer funrnishing and a large eat-in gourmet kitchen fully equipped with center island all newly done and very up scale appliances along with 2 furnished patios to entertain plus a private veranda off the front master bedroom for early morning coffee. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this house. The house is lovely and full of amenities and character. The location is of perfect distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Yet, safe and quiet with wonderful neighbors.

Your place offered everything and more to us on our recent stay. It's a lovely home; perfect location, roomy, comfortable, clean with awesome kitchen. Your prompt response in scheduling and booking as well as deposit refund was appreciated. We also loved your follow through and personalized touch. The tips you shared about the area, things to do, places to see really made our trip special. It was an awesome Spring Break experience for our family. I stayed here for 11 days March 25 to April 5 2011 with my 22 year old son and 17 year old daughter, using the home as a base for watching the NPPL paintball tournament and for touring in LA, to San Diego etc. Great location, great neighbourhood, short walk to the beach and downtown main Street HB. Very comfortable and extremely well appointed. Easy to find and to use as a base to drive from. We all loved the place and HB. Would highy recommend this home to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

House was convenient to the beach and shopping. We had our CA family over for dinner on Christmas Day and there was enough room for all. Loved the two outside setting areas and the beautiful flowers out front. The neighborhood is very quiet even over the holidays. Wi-Fi was plus for our kids...What a great home!
