The House itself is 2100 square feet of living space with two large ocean view decks on the top floor, one off the kitchen and another off the living room. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, and an island decorated with granite countertops and tiled back splashes. The living room has a fireplace and views of the ocean. The house has mostly wood floors throughout with carpeting in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has walk-in closets, a full bath, and private balcony or patio in each. The master has a Cal-King, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi bath tub, and steam room/shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and full baths.

| Deposit: We require a refundable security deposit ($1500). One half of the total amount due is required within 7 days of receiving contract. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. All payments should be made by personal or cashier's check, or bank wire. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Cleaning Fee: $140.00 Cancellations and Refunds: Tentative reservations are accepted for our vacation rental by phone, fax or email and are held for two weeks while a contract is mailed out. We require a refundable security deposit ($1500) and a non-refundable cleaning fee ($140) for each reservation. We have a seven day cancellation policy, after the seventh day reservations are final!
