Open to shaded wood decks, grassy yard and shrouded with a plethora of lush exotic palms and tropical flowers. Nothing could be more relaxing in the evening than listening to the surf while swimming in your organic saline pool and spa with waterfalls and bubbling koi pond. Entertain around the outdoor fire place around your pool cabana. Hawaii, Tahiti, and Fiji can wait!!

Walk to downtown Encinitas with all of its new shops, restaurants, bars, parks, train depot and beaches. One queen size deluxe pillow top in the 2nd bedroom bedroom inside the house

One King size bed in the pool house with private bath, shower and kitchen with french doors opening to the slate gas fir pit, Jacuzzi and pool
And two extra fold out futon beds under the single beds which can be folded out anywhere in the house.
One fold out futon for kids. sleeps two kids are stored under the queen bed in the main house
