Vacation Rental Home Description

Picture yourself on a romantic walk on miles of uncrowded white beaches watching the California sun setting on the Pacific ocean. Our Dillon beach house is a place to put up your feet, smell the ocean, rejuvenate your body and spirit in local spas, and celebrate the simple and beautiful things of life. Our modern sun-drenched home sits high on a hill overlooking one of the most spectacular ocean views on the northern California coast. A large green belt of open fields and hills populated with deer, birds, and other wildlife is adjacent to the home.



We have all the comforts of home incorporated with the spectacular beauty of Dillon Beach. Dine on the deck and enjoy breathtaking vistas and sunsets, to sunbathe, to enjoy romantic dinners, al fresco lunches, and breakfasts, to barbecue, and to enjoy bird watching and whale watching.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. Holiday and summer minimum stay is one week. Holiday Rates are $2500/week. Linens & towels are included Normal Cleaning rate of $125. (includes all guests). Maid service available by arrangement at $25/hour. No Pets. No smoking is allowed in the house. A refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold dates. Rental to be paid in full 60 Days in advance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash and checks. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: An e-mail confirmation and a $250 is required to reserve dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. The $250 deposit is refunded in full if house is left clean and in same condition found. Cleaning Fee: $125.00 Cancellations and Refunds: If cancellation occurs 45 days or less from arrival date, the rental fee will be kept until a replacement is found. When we book the dates, we will return the fees. We often have more than one request for dates. Other Fees: light cleaning $25 Maid service available by arrangement ($25/hour). Check In: 4:00PM Check Out: 11:00AM Required Stay: Sunday through Sunday.
