Enjoy spectacular panoramic ocean views and gorgeous sunsets from this beautifully furnished 2BR/2BA + Den + Sunroom Townhome located in the prestigious and exclusive community of Niguel Shores in Dana Point. The Niguel Shores complex is guarded and gated and includes a large heated pool and spa open all year, tennis courts, handball and basketball courts, large park with children's play area, clubhouse, and private beach access.

Enjoy the sunset while relaxing in the backyard of the Townhome, playing in a separate private park (with picnic tables and BBQ) overlooking the ocean, or taking a leisurely stroll on the sand at the ocean's edge. The Townhome includes a King size bed, two twin beds, and a Queen hide-a-bed. It has a fireplace in the living room, three cable TVs with premium channels, DVDs, and high speed internet connection at no extra charge. Each bedroom has French doors for a bright and airy feeling.

In addition to relaxing in the sun, other nearby activities include golf at the Monarch beach golf course where the greens overlook the ocean, hiking, biking, snorkeling, swimming, boating, whale watching, deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, surfing, beach volleyball, and more. Also nearby are Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Lego-land, Sea World, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, and Catalina Island.

Dana Point is located mid-way between Los Angeles and San Diego, near the beach communities of Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Crystal Cove. The train station is located in San Juan Capistrano, about 10 minutes away, and the airport is near Costa Mesa, about 25 minutes away. Whether you desire the solitude of the ocean or the nightlife of Laguna Beach, a gourmet restaurant or a funky beach eatery, or surfing or reading, you'll find it all within a short distance of this lovely Townhome.
