There are several different budget acommodations available on our tropical property like guesthouse rooms,apartments or complete beach vacation home either as a 3 bedroom or as a 5 bedroom guest-house.This holiday home is rented by private owner.
German managed wooden/stone beachhouse is built in the past colonial style.Tastefully furnished and decorated the Caribbean way with beautiful matching designs.All our acommodations are well located just opposite the beautiful white Sandy beach.
There is a sea view and beach view from most part of the patio but not from the rooms.This vacation home is just a stroll away to all amenities of the main tourist strip St. Lawrence Gap in Barbados.

Guest-house cottage :
Mosquito nets and burglary proved wrought- iron bars
Living-dining room ,ceiling fans,SAT TV,Stereo System,Telephone and free wireless Internet Access but you have to bring your own Laptop.
Bedrooms and living-bedrooms have fans,free SAFE Box.
Two bedrooms have their own wash-basin.Single beds which can be zipped to king size beds.
Main guesthouse has complete kitchen which includes:
Gas stove –oven ,toaster,microwave,large fridge-freezer,coffee-maker,iron and iron board.Studio Apartment kitchenettes are furnished similar but have only a small fridge-freezer, additional a toaster oven but no microwave.

Sheets,towels ( not beach Towels) and room service are provided at least twice a week or on request.

It is approx. 15 meter/yards away to the sea and the lovely Sandy beach and additionally there are other beautiful beaches nearby.
Airport transfer to accommodation is about 20 minutes.

Complete 5 bedroom house can hold up to 11 persons,3 bedroom up to 7 persons and the studio apartment up to 2-3 persons.
Minimum stay for the complete 3 or 5 bedroom guest-house is 14 nights in Summer holiday - and Christmas season or subject to arrangements.
All other accommodations in this guesthouse min. 3 nights or subject to arrangement.


The centre of famous St.Lawrence Gap (main south coast tourist area) is about 5 minutes walk. In St. Lawrence Gap you will find hotels, restaurants,deli,bars,clubs,discos,super-markets and different shops.

Golf,Squash,Tennis, Fitness centre and most water sports like diving,sailing and JET Ski's are easily accessible.


The Bus stop is about 50 yards/meters away.There are busses,mini-busses and route- taxis going to the capital Bridgetown (approx. every 15 min) and to the other parts of the island until midnight.The bus fare is 1,50 $Barbados Dollars.

Our guests who book a transfer would be picked up and will be taken to their accommodation through our arranged driver. Please look for a sign with your name outside of the arrival hall at the airport. The transfer one way trip is 17.00 US$ for1 -2 persons similar to the taxi rate but safer to get faster to accommodation without overcharging. Larger groups check rates.

We offer English speaking Island Tours and different activities on the island .Check us first for your car rentals in Barbados.
