3 Bedroom 2 Story House on the Beach
Our 2 story, beach house is located the the village of Pelican Point. The airport, shopping, and night life is mainly in Freeport which is 50 miles away from Pelican Point. The roads are well maintained and flat. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The front 2 bedrooms lead out to a large deck deck overlooking the yard and the ocean. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house is fully air conditioned. The downstairs has a large open kitchen, dining, and living area. Two sliding glass doors lead out to the large back covered porch which is about 50 feet or so from the clear, clean, warm shallow water of the Atlantic Ocean. At times you can even watch dolphins swimming by. Weather permitting the sun rises and sun sets are breath taking. It sets the scene for a romantic dinner or evening cocktails. You can snorkle, relax, shell, explore, swim, fish, and most of all walk for miles on a sandy secluced beach right from your own backyard. You need to bring your own fishing and snorkling equipment.
