Kierland shopping mall is close by along with Desert Ridge shopping center. Very close to DC Ranch Market Place. Also convenient location to Scottsdales Westworld and the new upcoming One Scottsdale.


Home has an open floor plan with a large eat in kitchen. The living room and dining room combine in a very large great room configuration with a wood burning fireplace, including three walkouts to the back patio area. The brick patio has a fountain and bar with a refrigerator and misting system which makes it great for entertaining or relaxing. The back patio also has a fire pit and gas BBQ.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each having their own baths and large walk-in closets for plenty of storage. Off the master suite there is a walk out balcony. Between the the two bedrooms there is a spacious area which can be used as a bedroom, TV room or office.
