The Villages at Aviano is an up-scale, gated community located in the Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ. This luxury, two bed room, two bath, one-level condo, is contemporary and fully furnished. The condo has a modern kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. The unit is appointed with three televisions (2 are Plasma TVs), two DVD players, wireless high speed internet, and a computer printer, fax and copier at the desk area. The scottdale vacation condo rental has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and an electronic alarm system. The living space can be entered though the two-car garage.



The Villages at Aviano is less than a five minute drive to the Marketplace at Desert Ridge. The Marketplace has many popular stores, restaurants, entertainment, and a multi-screen movie theater. There are two 18 hole Championship golf courses in the Desert Ridge community. There are also several other golf courses located near by. The Villages are close to the 101 Loop & Scottsdale Road, Hwy 51, and is minutes from some of the finest Scottsdale shopping at Kierland and Fashion Square. You can enjoy Old Town Scottsdale, Baseball's Spring Training, Scottsdale restaurants, the AZ Diamondbacks, Phoenix Cardinals, Phoenix Suns, Coyote Ice Hockey, or lounge by the pool and enjoy a BBQ dinner.



Aviano is in one of the most desirable vacation locations in the greater Phoenix / Scottsdale area!
