$150.00 refundable security deposit, $50.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due within seven (7) days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to arrival date. $150.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure date.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund if the unit is not re-booked. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund if unit is not re-booked.

We stayed at this condo for January, February, March and April of 2008. Now we are having great difficulty getting our damage deposit back. We took great care to make sure that the unit was spotless when we left right up to cleaning the carpet. Now it is July and we can't even get a return phone call from the owner about our damage deposit. We also were told the pool was heated, which it was not. THE BED HAS NOTHING BUT A FOUTON MATTRESS.
