This property is a part of the Carefree Conference Resort & Villas and is a great place to vacation with family or friends. Enjoy this
all new and fully furnished 2240 sq. ft. villa located in the high Sonoran desert. You have your choice of an upper, or lower (walk-out)unit. Both the upper and lower villas are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.

These villas feature spacious master bedrooms, a separate accomodating and large guest bedroom, full kitchen, over-sized living and dining room, and 2 1/2 well-appointed bathrooms.

These properties are individually owned and managed, although are inside the resort. We have a no-smoking policy inside of the villa and only small pets are allowed. We
reserve the right to refuse renting to anyone under 25 years of age.

The living room features a 46" high definition television with surround sound and DVD/CD player. Leather seating compliments the openess of this room, in addition to a gas log kiva style fireplace for a perfect nights entertainment.

The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized Sleep Number bed and a 26" high definition television. The master bathroom contains both a walk-in shower and a separate jetted jacuzzi tub. This master bath includes double sink granite countertops and hand-carved
peruvian wood-framed mirrors.

The guest bedroom features a queen-sized Sleep Number bed and a beautiful hand-painted Mexican armoire that encloses a 26" television. The guest bathroom includes a single sink granite
countertop, a walk-in shower, and a separate tub.

The fully equipped kitchen has all new large and small stainless steel appliances and a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer.

Located across from the kitchen is the half bath which includes a pedestal sink and a unique mirror and lighting fixture. There is a
separate study/reading room with a sleeper sofa available for additional guests. You can also stay connected with our wireless Internet service provided for your laptop computer.

This villa has central air conditioning and heat, along with four ceiling fans for your added comfort. A garage is also available for your convenience. You will also enjoy a private patio for dining and a private rooftop deck for sunbathing and viewing beautiful sunsets of the surrounding mountains.

Weekly cleaning service is included, however, additional cleaning services can be arranged at an additional charge.

The villa’s shared heated pool and jacuzzi are only a few steps away, while the Carefree Resort & Spa has many amenities within a short walk.


Activities and Attractions:

This villa is located in an active community where you can arrange for horseback riding, golf, hot air ballooning, biking, tennis,
hiking, fishing, jeep tours, etc. Carefree and Cave Creek are truly unique small towns where you can enjoy art festivals, upscale
shopping, farmers markets and many wonderful restaurants, along with great old country bars for live entertainment and dancing. I will be

Within a 30 minute drive are first-run movie theaters, casinos, horse racing at Turf Paradise, spring training baseball games, and
museums, as well as fantastic shopping.
