Master suite provides privacy and great views of the pool from the bay window, Enjoy your favorite movies or sports games in the family area with surround system and the big screen TV. The third room can be used as a reading / card playing space or simply close the double door and used as a room with the full size sofa. 2 car garage comes with remote.
Outdoor entertainment comes complete with the swimming pool, adjoining lawn area, outdoor dining, BBQ and covered patio.
This home is in a nice clean neighborhood. It is in an excellent Location, near I-10 and Hwy. 101 loop, 15 min to Downtown Phoenix 20 min to Phoenix Airport and Scottsdale and Tempe are a 30 minutes drive.
The Cactus league has three major league teams in our area for spring training. The Phoenix International Speedway for race fans, the Glendale Arena for hockey and University of Phoenix stadium for football plus a variety events and entertainment.
