Vacation Rental Home Description

This beautiful vacation
rental property is located in the village of Liberta
overlooking Falmouth Harbour and beach - The
famous Antigua Sailing Week area. It is only 2
miles from Nelson's Dockyard and Shirley's
Heights. This vacation rental is one of five (5) self
contained apartments constructed from masonry
with a garage, adequate windows for natural
ventilation, a front patio, an outdoor lounge area, a
private laundry(wash) area, and a fitness room,
and has hot and cold running water. A small
garden rests under the window of the
bedroom.

This apartment is designated as #3.The
bedroom is private and enclosed. The living room
and dining areas are shared with a semi open
kitchen. The bathroom is enclosed. The entire
floor is tiled with ceramic tiles, brown in colour.
An air conditioner is provided in the Bedroorm.
Very little traffic at property location in a very
quiet location. The main transportation route (bus)
is only 2 minutes away.
