Vacation Rental Home Description

Anchor inn by the Sea is located only 4 miles from downtown Ketchikan in one of the best shoreline fishing and whale watching areas that Ketchikan has to offer.



The guest suites are so close to the ocean, the view from your window is an active wildlife show that you can observe right from your cozy sofa. Bring your camera because otter, seals, and porpoises are frequently seen. Eagles nest close by and are often seen perched on a pole near the water or pulling a salmon from the ocean. On a high tide you could cast your fishing pole right from the deck!



The Anchor inn by the Sea has three private suites and one private room - all suites and the room have private baths and private entries.



The one and two bedroom suites are outfitted with everything you need to feel right at home - equipped stocked kitchens, dining area, living room and a full bath. All three suites have king-size beds, satellite TV with HBO and Showtime, private phones and either a full kitchen or a kitchenette. All guests at the inn share a washer/dryer in the guest laundry room.

Discounts for car. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  Money Order  Personal Check Deposits: A 50% deposit from the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. Balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. The deposit is charged to your account on the date of the reservation. Personal checks may be used for the deposit if received within 10 days of making the reservation. A confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, credit card receipt and directions to our Inn are sent to you immediately upon deposit. Lodging Tax: 9% Cancellations and Refunds: Notification is required 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for stays up to 20 days. We require a 60 day notice on reservations 21 days or more. The Anchor Inn by the Sea will refund the reservation deposit minus a $45 or 3% (whichever is higher) as a handling charge for cancellations made before the cancellation period. For cancellations within the cancellation period a refund minus the handling fee will be issued only if the rooms reserved can be rebooked for the canceled day/s period.
