| Deposits: | | Daily/Weekly Stays: Advance rent payment is equal to 20% of the gross rent or $200; whichever is greater. Balance on all reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival or at time booking if less than 30 days prior to arrival. | | Cancellations and Refunds: | | You must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a $40 cancellation fee. The $35 reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 30 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in summer season cannot be shortened. |
