Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom provide a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and Kiva Dunes Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king bed with a garden tub and shower. One guest bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a queen bed. The other guest bedroom has a double and a single bed. The unit is located in Gulf Shores Plantation which is a gated and seaside resort with 24 hour security.

*Full rental amount is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival or reservation will be cancelled & deposit forfeited.
*Cancellation or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date that result in a shortened stay or change of dates will Forfeit the Full Rental Payment.
*No Refunds for early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances.
*Owners of Paradise Dreams duplex reserve the right to refund deposits & rental payments, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if in our judgment your occupancy is detrimental to the property.
