Andrew's Sandbox includes 6 bedrooms (5 up and 1 down) and 6, count 'em, 6 bathrooms (4 up and 2 down), sleeping up to 22 people in 3 king, 4 doubles, 2 bunks, and 2 queen sleeper sofas (K,K,K, D&D, D&D, B&B, 2 QSS). Yowza! There's a sitting room, living room, dining room, and well furnished kitchen.
Other amenities include 3 TVs/2 VCRs, master bath jacuzzi, central air, ceiling fans throughout, Two refrigerators with ice makers, washer dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Outside showers and picnic table.
