Our condo is fully updated (2012), featuring tile flooring, granite countertops and beadboard throughout as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed with a new (2013) Sealy pillow top mattress, spacious closet, DVD player, and 40-inch LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 50-inch LED flat panel TV, DVD/Stereo, and a queen sleeper sofa. The new (2013) sleeper sofa includes a unique "everyday sleeper" design to maximize comfort without springs! This new design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
This Gulf Shores Condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, and Tanger Outlet Mall. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The new Adventure Center at Gulf State Park features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.
Complex amenities include free WiFi, some covered parking, gift shop, spacious pool, and a huge sun deck with lounge chairs and tables. All Boardwalk condos are smoke free and no pets are allowed.

This was not our first trip to Gulf Shores nor our first stay at Boardwalk. However, this was the first time staying in this unit and it is definitely at the top of our list. It was clean, well-maintained and everything looked to be updated. Everything worked and we had no concerns with anything! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very close to our favorite restaurant, Sea 'N Suds. We loved the bistro style table and chairs on both the balcony and the kitchen. Thank you so very much for delivering what you promised!

This was our familys first beach vacation and we were not disappointed. The owner Mr. Smithson was very prompt in replying to my emails. He was very nice to work. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! If you want beautiful beach front property with a great view and a very pleasant owner to work with...then this place to stay.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We had previously been to Destin and Panama City. Gulf Shores is not as expensive as Destin and considerably more "peaceful" than Panama City. The beaches are beautiful and the people are very friendly and work very hard to make guests feel comfortable.Boardwalk #384 was ideal for my wife and I. It is very clean, well decorated, and the location is excellent. Everything is depicted very accurately in the photos. What you see is EXACTLY what you get. Nothing about the photos is deceiving or inaccurate. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the short walk to the beach is very convenient. As has been stated in almost every review we read during our research, Howard Smithson is very accommodating and very easy to work with. Our entire experience was wonderful and #384 was the centerpiece. We will definitely make very effort to return.

My husband & I recently had a weekend getaway to Gulf Shores and stayed at Boardwalk 384 and I have to say it was absolutely awesome! It was clean & felt like you were home away from home. The location was great & the beach was wonderful! This was the perfect time to have a beach getaway because the weather was awesome & it's not crowded. We can't say enough about how we much enjoyed our time away. I would definitely recommend Boardwalk 384 to any married couple who just wants a nice getaway weekend! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you Mr. Smithson! We loved it!

My wife and I stayed at Boardwalk #384 in mid October 2015. The condo's location was ideal for us. We could walk to restaurants, stroll on the beach, or sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The property is well maintained and clean. Would not have any qualms about staying there again.

This is our second visit to Boardwalk 384. We liked it so well the first time we booked it the month of January the second time. It was everything we remembered. Everything is clean and well appointed, you won't want for anything if you choose to stay here. You can cook but why do that when the Sea-n-Suds is right next door. My favorite spot of all is the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and listening to the waves. Boardwalk is our HAPPY PLACE! Looking forward to our next trip.

The owner was great, very easy to get along with and responsive, couldn't have asked for more. I very much appreciate the all inclusive rate as there are no surprises. Thank you again so much Howard. I met my best friend for a 4 night stay at this condo. The condo was beautiful! It was clean and up to date! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous! The staff at the property are out early every morning doing maintenance to make sure the grounds stay beautiful as well! The view from the balcony was stunning! The restaurant that is located right on the beach by the condo had a fabulous menu, and was very affordable! We rented a 2016 Mustang Convertible for the trip and did not use it one time while we were at the condo. There is so much within walking distance! I would definitely book this condo again, but would definitely choose a different time of year. We were there right in the middle of spring break, so although security did a great job keeping it quiet at night, it did get a little rowdy at times, but it made some great viewing for us 40 years old's. The college kids were extremely respectful to us elders though...lol! Mr. Smithson made the whole process extremely painless. I had never rented a vacation rental before, and he was wonderful! I definitely recommend this property!
